House prices in England and Wales have remained unchanged in May and up 1.8% in the last 12 months, the Land Registry announced.
But it said that sales volumes during March were down 50% to the March 2007 figures, at 53,080.

The Registry said annual house growth fell for the ninth month running. The average cost of a home was £183,266
